Employee
Assistance Services (EAS)
Employers
recognize that personal problems can interfere with an
employee’s work and peace of mind. From time to time, each
of us can use some assistance coping with life’s problems.
It is an indisputable fact: people who are happy, stable and
satisfied with their lives are more productive at their jobs.
You can’t separate one from the other. Statistics show that
10% of the workforce is responsible for 35% of the
absenteeism, 50% of the medical costs, 70% of workers’
compensation claims and 90% of all disciplinary problems. EAS
programs have been shown to boost productivity and morale by
helping employees and their families resolve personal and
work-related problems.
Few
EAS programs, if any, are as comprehensive as the services
offered by ACCESS Capabilities |
