Management Services
Men
and women don’t suddenly appear in life as dangerous. It
takes years – sometimes generations – of training to turn
young boys and girls into violent men and women. That training
includes how we are taught to relate to our own sex, what we
are taught about the opposite sex and how we are taught to
relate to our own cultural and ethnic traditions.
ACCESS
recognizes violence to be multidimensional: harm to the self,
loved ones and the community. We support individuals in being
competent and responsible for their entire lives. In order to
further support these beliefs, ACCESS supports responses where
mutual support and accountability exist between the individual
and the communities in which they live. |
